Manufacturing of diaphragm seals and capillaries, and oil filling for use in pressure and differential pressure transmitters, switches, and pressure gauges, along with instrument coupling.
Manufacturing of diaphragm seals with the following specifications:
Available diaphragm seal models: Flanged (Flush, Wafer) and threaded.
Diaphragm part materials: SS316L, PTFE
Capillary length: up to 6 meters

When the process fluid enters the capsule, it applies pressure to the capsule walls, causing deformation of the diaphragm walls.
Capsules can also be arranged sequentially in line, thereby increasing the resulting displacement.
For this reason, in many cases, a capsule containing two connected metal diaphragms is used.
This capsule is connected to the measured fluid through a tube.
