Instrumentation Fittings
Types of instrumentation fittings, including pipe fitting and tube fitting, are used in chemical, steel, and other industries. These include all connectors and fittings up to size 1 inch (equivalent to 25 mm). All fittings are made of S.S.316, are NACE CERTIFIED, and can withstand pressures up to 6000 Psi. The operating temperature range of these components is from -196 to 694 degrees Celsius, and depending on the working range, the type of sealing of these fittings is also determined.

All tube fittings and pipe fittings consist of four parts: body, front ferrules, back ferrules, and nut. In pipe fittings, the connection type is either NPT or BSP. To prevent cold welding at the threaded joints, the threads are silver-plated.
The available sizes in fittings are 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", and 1". In tube fittings, the sizes are also available in millimeters as 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 18, 20, and 25.
