Needle Valve
A needle valve typically has small ports and, due to its needle-shaped plunger, is capable of precisely controlling fluid flow.
The needle valve, designed with a rod featuring a conical, needle-shaped tip as the plunger, is widely used for very low flow rates, precise flow control, and calibration purposes.
Needle valves are used in many industrial manifolds and multi-way valves. Similar to a screw mechanism, they can stop or control the flow of fluid.
HNBV Series

Operating temperature range: -28°C to 93°C
Straight-through flow design, allowing for higher fluid capacity.
PTFE sealing, which increases the valve’s service life.
Threaded and lubricated stem to prevent turbulence and reduce operating torque.
Sealing area under the threads to prevent potential fluid contamination.
Secondary sealing safety gasket in fully open position for additional leak protection.
Needle cap lock to prevent accidental opening or closing of the valve while fluid is flowing.
Pressure tested up to 1.5 times the nominal pressure with clean water flow – material traceability available.
