Ball valves consist of a hemispherical disc housed in a spherical cavity, which opens or closes the flow path with a 90-degree rotation. They are commonly used in small sizes and low-pressure applications, such as residential gas piping or hot and cold water systems, for simple on/off control. Key advantages of ball valves include reliable sealing, long service life, fast operation, and minimal pressure drop across the flow path.

Operating temperature range: -65°F (-54°C) to 500°F (260°C)

Operating temperature range: -22°F (-30°C) to 265°F (130°C)

• SS316 group with vinyl sleeve and corrosion-resistant coating
• Valves with PEEK seats and red handle, PVDF seats with green color, and Devlon V seats with blue handle – API standard.
