By using magnetic sensors installed on a magnetic level gauge, the necessary signals can be sent directly to the main electrical panels via the control panel. This allows controlling the liquid level at the desired height by starting and stopping the tank feed pumps. Additionally, by installing a level transmitter on the magnetic level gauge, a 4–20 mA output signal can be sent to PLCs or remote monitoring systems, enabling observation and control of the fluid level from separate locations.

The magnetic level gauge is installed vertically on tanks through the appropriate nozzles. The liquid inside the tank enters the cylindrical tube of the magnetic level gauge through the bottom nozzle, causing the float with a permanent magnet to rise. As the liquid level changes inside the magnetic level gauge, the float moves, and the interaction between the magnet in the float and the flaps, along with the color change of the flaps, indicates the liquid level inside the gauge.
Applications of Magnetic Level Gauges
*Hot water tanks
*Fuel tanks
*Hot water and steam boilers
*Oil, gas, and petrochemical industries
