Interface Level Transmitter for Immiscible Liquids and Emulsions
In this type of transmitter, the sensor continuously indicates the interface level between two liquids (e.g., water and oil) and operates based on a capacitive measurement system, utilizing changes in capacitance.
The active part of the sensor is fully immersed in the liquid and can be adjusted to the desired length. When the interface level between the two fluids exceeds the set sensor length, this level change is reflected as a 4–20 mA output, which can be monitored by the system.
