Limit Switch

 Rotary limit switch boxes are used to provide a visual indication of valve position as well as to transmit an electrical position signal, either as a switch or analog output, for quarter-turn valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves. The housing or body of the limit switch can be made from various materials and offered with different protection classes, including waterproof and explosion-proof options, depending on industrial requirements.

Limit switches housed in the box can be customized based on requirements, with options such as electromechanical, magnetic, proximity, or inductive switches. Valve position signals can be provided as analog outputs, radio transmitters, or pneumatic switches.
